Hi! I'm Eike
I am so excited you are here!!
I don’t expect you to feel comfortable spilling to a complete stranger, so first I’ll tell you a little bit about me.
I’m a Southern California-based wellness coach, behavioral health clinician, researcher, and former professional athlete. I specialize in supporting teens and adult womxn, with a focus on self-identity, athletics, transitions, relationships, anxiety, stress, and trauma. My graduate degree is in Social Work with an emphasis on adult mental health from the University of Southern California.
I practice an intuitive wellness approach to coaching. I find that it resonates with the population I work with and it also feels truest to me. You can read more about my approach here.
When I’m not providing individual coaching, I also empower young athletes through speaking engagements, provide psycho-education workshops, and consult with various companies offering my holistic expertise.
Outside of work I spend much of my time enjoying nature, playing with my bulldog Ben, working out, dancing to loud music, traveling, and spending time with family & friends. Self-care and a healthy life/work balance are very important to me!
Ask me questions, tell me about you, let’s get to know each other!
